Withdrawal requests are processed in Philippine Peso to the same payment method used for deposit, except where juan364 approves an alternative method in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard withdrawal processing time is within one (1) business hour for verified accounts. Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification prior to processing.

Account Balances that remain unclaimed for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months of account inactivity may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in juan364's current fee schedule. Upon termination for cause, juan364 reserves the right to forfeit any Account Balance and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified Account Balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the juan364 support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, all pending wagering activity will be resolved, and any remaining verified Account Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Account closure requests activated through the self-exclusion tool are subject to the cooling-off period applicable to the exclusion duration selected.
